20 years of BIFF Over the years, Bucharest International Film Festival (BIFF) became known both nationally and internationally through the presence of a large audience but also through well-known guests such as: Nikita Mihalkov, Andrei Konchalovsky, Amos Gitai, Danis Tanovic, Rutger Hauer, Jerzy Skolimowski, Jan Harlan, Radu Mihaileanu, Franco Nero, Vanessa Redgrave.

20 years of BIFF Bucharest International Film Festival is the longest and only one Bucharest film festival with a dedicated international competition the feature film. The 20th edition proposes a number of 30 premiere films absolute in Romania but also special events that are expected over 40,000 spectators between September 19-29, 2024
